If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent PocketAngel outputs as your own original analysis or work
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated systems to access or extract data
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform
• Use outputs to provide regulated financial, investment, or advisory services without proper licensing
• Use the service in violation of applicable laws

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

2. Ownership

You retain ownership of uploaded materials.

We use them solely to generate reports for you. We do not sell or distribute your content.

Reports generated for you are licensed for your internal use only. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish, or otherwise commercialize PocketAngel reports or any derivative works in any form. Any external sharing for non-commercial informational purposes requires our prior written permission and must include all applicable disclaimers and attribution.

3. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify or discontinue the service at any time.

4. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PocketAngel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable report.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA.

Disputes will be resolved exclusively in Fort Bend County, Texas courts.
