1. Refund Principle

If we miss the question that mattered, you may request a refund.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available if:

• The report fails to address the primary intended question or objective, and
• The refund request is made within the eligible window

3. Refund Window

Refund eligibility ends when either:

• The PDF is downloaded (purchase becomes final), or
• 2 hours pass after first opening the report without a refund request

After this, refunds are no longer available.

4. Failed Reports

If a report cannot be generated due to system or infrastructure failure, a full refund may be issued automatically within 24 hours.

5. Processing

Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically take 5–10 business days depending on the bank.

6. Disputes

Contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most issues are resolved quickly via support.
